about last night

I ended up hanging out with my sister and we cracked open a few bottles of champagne as we watched Amadeus and beaded. (Asti Gionelli is the winner and hopefully if things work out; that is what will be on each table at the wedding)

Then our buzz wore off and we were itching for a green beer. On a whim, we hopped in the car and took the backroads to MJ's. There was karaoke there! So we sipped on a green beer each and squeezed in a few songs (Lady Marmalade was our final song as always!) and left. I never got the buzz back which was probably for the better since I was driving. I had a nice low key, mellowed out time and the crowd told us both to come back Thursday nights for the karaoke contest (winner receives 2 tickets to WE Fest) but due to our schedules we are unable to. It was nice to know that they liked our singing :)
