Birthday Dinner
I went all out and cooked a nice and unforgettable birthday dinner! (My fiance's two sisters, his nephew and bro in law are down for the night). I made two batches of golden frybread that turned out just right! I chopped tomatoes, lettuce, and onions for the fixins. I also made a Devil's Food Cake because he told me he wanted a chocolate cake and since his favorite NHL team is the New Jersey Devil's I couldn't think of anything more fitting :)Here's the frybread mound only three pieces remain. (I thought I'd have enough for an extra taco or two to bring to my sis who lives in town but they went like hotcakes!)
