At least the sun's out
I have to leave in about an hour to hitch a ride with working sis to the town she works and I go to school at. The trek and gas money suck and I couldn't imagine going it alone and everyday like she does! Hopefully the next two years fly by and luckily other sis and I take turns each day driving.So now the paper I have to finish might have to take a backseat as I have some running around to do before we hit the road. I had a good start on it until the computer went dead (my laptop issued from school not my own personal one). Even though it was plugged into an electrical outlet the "low battery" sign came on and then shut off a few minutes later. Luckily I didn't lose any work but I had to recharge the battery and wait for it to get better before I can resume work.
I'm glad I only have three days of class next week. There's just so much stuff on my mind right now and I'm stressing.
On top of it all my electric coffee bean grinder slipped out of my hand this morning and the top came off in my hand and the rest of the grounds went everywhere! A waste of time (that I didn't have to spare), a waste of money (when I have so little of it already) and a waste of coffee (my fave whole bean light roast).
But at least the sun's out today and I hope this damn snow melts away and our warm temps come back.
