Commod Eggs
I have a loaf of banana bread in the oven that's due to be ready in about twenty minutes. The recipe called for 2-3 eggs and I didn't have any eggs in the fridge. I was too lazy to run to the store to get some and so I remembered I had a packet of dry commod eggs leftover from a time I went to get commods (I should go sign up to get more). On the packet it tells you what the equivalent to an egg is (2 TBS of the egg product and 1/4 c. of water) So I put three commod eggs in the mixture.Hopefully it turns out! I'll post a pic afterwards.
Now it's time to start on my pasta e fagioli and throw it in the slow cooker and then get ready to head to class tonight.
