Finish that damn paper now!
Is what I'm telling myself as I sit in the computer lab. The next few years are going to get harder with schooling but I'm determined to plow or crawl through them for what awaits. Should've been going for this all along during my years of schooling (yes parents you were right).But you can only kick yourself in the ass for so long until you realize that you ARE doing it now and you damn well better make the most of it. What's going to suck the big one is mileage racked on our good vehicle and the gas for the round-trip commute each day. Nobody said it was going to be easy is what I'm finding out now. So many factors play into it that make it more challenging and sometimes I lose hope. I've spent many times crying and stressing over things like money; a huge chunk goes on bills while the rest needs to be set aside for gas. If I knew then what I know now I'd be finished with school and teaching in a classroom somewhere but that's the price I pay now for the choices I made in the past.
At least I've got this chance now.
On a crazier note...
Niijii saw us yesterday and told my man she was mailing out scholarship info and there was my billboard pose in the pamphlet as I laughed and said "Fawk!"
