Final Farewell to Our Old Place

I forgot to take pictures right after we moved out of our old place and so just before the new neighbor moved in, I snuck upstairs this past Wednesday morning and took some pictures of the place we spent six years living in. Anyone who's been visiting to our old place before, knows that instead of the nice hardwood floor in the living room we had some 1970's looking shag carpet and that the apartment looked a lot different than in the pictures below. I wish I could've gotten pics of how it looked right after we moved out but I'm happy with these; just as long as I got something to show our future kids =) My hubby said that the place looks bigger, probably because it was empty and minus a lot of stuff!

Our landlords really did a good job at sprucing up the place. Our neighbor is an older lady, the landlord said she's an attorney. She has a nice golden retriever named Gracie. Our neighbor has a white Toyota Prius Hybrid car with Oregon plates. I briefly met her the day after she moved in as she was off to take Gracie for a walk. Yesterday Gracie was on a leash outside and spotted Gaazh at the window being nosy and started barking. Gaazh was scared until she moved to a window farther away.

I just hope we aren't too loud down here but we can't really hear her so maybe she can't really hear us!
