What I've Been Up To...

So I haven't blogged in awhile. I've been busy catching up on sewing orders(Even on my birthday yesterday!!!). Almost there! After that I am not going to take any orders for awhile because we have a busy school year ahead of us and in my free time I want to work on my hubby's outfit at long last! (And new stuff for myself it's been 2 years since I sewed a dress for myself)

So the first pic is a men's grass breechcloth (minus the yarn, going to put that on within the next few hours). They told me they wanted a moose on there (his clan) and also to incorporate yellow into it. This part took me longer than I thought! I know it doesn't really compare to my past work (intricate) well it kind of is I guess. But I thought I'd try something different and utilize the neat stitches on my mom's sewing machine as designs.

The second is a tiny tot grass outfit for my husband's lil cousin.

I'm so glad that these are almost complete and about to be delivered later. A huge weight will then be lifted from my shoulders!
