Another birthday in the fam!
"Nowember six" was her reply years ago when we would ask her about her birthday. That was around the time she used to pronounce her V's as W's and we integrated words such as: wacuum, wampmire and wans (veins) into our vocabulary because we thought it was so cute. =) My lil buddy, she used to come with me everywhere and I have many good memories of the times we spent together going to movies (Iron Giant), concerts (Christmas Jazz concerts to the more recent Good Charlotte), and powwows (Keshena, Fisher River...) and I look forward to many more times and places we will go. Time sure flies as today marks her twelfth birthday and she'll be in Manitoba tonight; competing at Manito Ahbee this weekend. I hope she places, has a lot of fun and that they all travel safely.
