daydream believer

Last night my cell phone rang and I didn't answer it in time. Don't you hate when that happens? And so I called her back. It was the sweet fancy dancin' niece and she told me that she called me because she heard a song on the radio that reminded her of me. She said she was on her way to shotokan karate. I asked her which song and she said she didn't know what it was called but sang "cheer up sleepy Jean..." It made me smile and I asked her "Why? Do you hear me singing that sometimes?" She answered, "Umm I don't know, it just reminds me of you." I told her that was cool and she told me she had to hang up because her battery was almost out.

I like that song and I do remember singing it to her when she was just little and crying at me lol Pange probably chimed in there too. We used to sing lines from 60's songs to her a lot. And I also remember watching this video as a kid and thought Davy was just cool when he was dancing in that rainbow thing haha I also remember watching the tv show with my sisters.

(that's how I remember singing it sometimes)

We always laughed at Micky because he was so goofy and goofy-looking and Davy always reminded me of a classmate named Chris because he looked like him. Peter always wore that stocking cap and I forget the other guy's name.
Aahhhh good memories =)
